Angela conducts all areas of fieldwork within Decipher’s research team. This includes recruiting for qualitative research projects, managing and developing communications with respondents, and managing the respondent database.

Angela’s passion for research drew her to Decipher. She has worked on various research projects in Canada, Ghana, and the UK. Her research skills were honed during her academic career; she holds a BA Honours Specialised in Economics, an MA in Economics, and an MSc in Environment and Development.

Angela developed her quantitative and qualitative analysis skills through her academic programmes, as well as through work experience at the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Centre for the Study of African Economies (CSAE). At the CSAE, Angela supervised enumerators in conducting surveys and collecting data in Ghana for Labour Force and Education projects. She carries out this enthusiasm for fieldwork and research at Decipher.
