A combined Telewest NTL project team commissioned Decipher to conduct usability testing of their proposed PVR interface prior to launch. Decipher created a model mimicking the form and functionality of the service, which we then tested with a series of one-on-one usability interviews to inform the design and architecture of the interface and features (including pausing live TV, series linking etc.).
