ITV Red Button Research Case

To inform the redevelopment of their 24/7 red button service (the ‘filmstrip’), ITV asked Decipher to conduct a qualitative study into attitudes and usage of all red button services, from BBC, ITV and Sky. Decipher used the red button capability on ITV to recruit participants for groups in London and Manchester and we were able to develop a framework for understand needs and drivers of red button engagement.
