OCAT

OCAT (Online Campaign Assessment tool) is a tool for measuring campaign effectiveness for web-based video advertising.
What does it do?
OCAT offers a simple online brand metrics evaluation tool, in which brand effects are measured at a point after exposure via a pop-up survey.
While there are many companies that offer such a tool, OCAT has two important elements:
- OCAT can track the same brand on an unlimited range of sites and ad formats
- OCAT can follow up with additional questioning a few days later, to understand purchasing behaviour after exposure
How does it work?
Testing Anytime: Decipher's sophisticated surveying system generates unique URL's that we incoporate into the campaign. The URL has a set of instructions that tell our survey where the visitor came from, what ad they saw, what format is was in, and how long is was. The survey can then look and behave differently to match the needs of that respondent.
Testing Anywhere: Using partnerships with global adserving companies, OCAT can be embedded across a range of sites global sites, so that the respondent is not on your site when the campaign testing takes place.
