DoubleServe solves the major problem with pop up web satisfaction surveys; it test the user AFTER they have visited the site, rather than in the middle of their visit.
It also tests the consumer on TWO conditions; what they are expecting before they begin using your site, and their satisfaction levels after they have left.
How does it work?
- Part 1: Users are delivered a pop up survey when they first arrive on the site, inviting them to participate.
- Questions revolve around their reasons for visiting the site and frequency
- Part 2: Users then receive part 2 of the survey as an email
- Questions then revolve around post-visit evaluation and satisfaction levels.
