Our usability research is informed by experienced usability specialists, who will work with you to develop the right usability methodology.
Decipher puts real users at the center of our research. We conduct field observations, interviews, and focus groups to find out what people really need. With the use of our iBurbia Studios, a comprehensive array of TV, mobile, and PC platforms are available for use in the research, and our in-house design and development can produce concept models for research requiring a stimulus.
Decipher has a user-centred design approach that encompasses product development from concept to launch. We test live services, mockups, and generate informed recommendations on the best course of action in product design.
